Kelly Wooten is Director, Human Resources Business Partner supporting Schwab Asset Management^®. In this role she develops and implements talent strategies with the organization’s senior leaders designed to aid the business with streamlining operations, preparing for growth, launching new businesses or products, ultimately increasing employee readiness and retention.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Wooten was a human resources business partner, where she aligned corporate HR initiatives and programs across multiple business units within Schwab. Preceding Schwab, she was a director of human resources for Centura Health for over three years. Ms. Wooten has worked in a variety of HR functions in her career, including in talent acquisition, training, project management, business development, and as an HR generalist.

Ms. Wooten earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of South Florida.
