Nicole Perret-Gentil is a Portfolio Manager for Schwab Asset Management. She is responsible for the day-to-day co-management of the government and treasury Schwab Money Funds.

Prior to joining Schwab in 2016, Ms. Perret-Gentil worked at Freddie Mac for 15 years, most recently as a senior portfolio manager where she managed and executed trades for a fixed income strategy. Prior to that role, she served as a portfolio manager performing fixed income analysis; a senior research analyst for investor and dealer relations; a senior securities operations analyst in loan and securities operations; and a lead mortgage securities operations specialist. She also worked at Merrill Lynch for a year as a senior specialist in fixed income global banking and investments.

Ms. Perret-Gentil earned a Master of Science in finance from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in finance from James Madison University.
