Jessica Seidlitz is a Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for Schwab Asset Management and is the Chief Operating Officer for the Schwab Funds^® and Schwab ETFs^TM. Ms. Seidlitz oversees the fund administration, fund accounting, middle office, custody, transfer agent, tax functions, and separately managed account operations teams. In addition, she oversees vendor oversight, intermediary oversight, data management, and business intelligence functions. 

Prior to her current role, Ms. Seidlitz was Chief Compliance Officer for Schwab Asset Management and for the Schwab Funds and Schwab ETFs, where she was responsible for all compliance functions. Ms. Seidlitz also led the Board and Intermediary Management Team for Schwab Asset Management and spent time leading the Management Initiatives Office. Ms. Seidlitz began her career at Schwab Asset Management on the Fund Administration Team. Prior to joining Schwab in 2013, Ms. Seidlitz spent nearly nine years at ICON Advisers, most recently as the vice president of fund accounting and administration, and as the principal financial officer of the ICON Funds. Prior to that, Ms. Seidlitz was in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Ms. Seidlitz earned a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Denver. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.
